Income – Applicants and co-applicants will be required to have a minimum combined gross income of 3.0 times the monthly rent.
Credit – Applicants credit report will be reviewed to verify credit ratings. The application will be denied for unfavorable accounts which include, but are not limited to, apartment judgments and/or evictions, excessive collections and/or habitual late payments.
Rental History – Applicants must provide verifiable rental or mortgage payment history for the last 12 months.
Acceptable Income Documentation
Current paystub within the last two months OR
Two consecutive and current month of full bank statements.
